Chocolate mask for dark hair shine

I want to share a mask that I like to do in winter, firstly, in winter there is more free time in the evening, and secondly, the smell from the mask remains on the hair for several more days, so warm and pleasant, which is associated with winter and holidays. And thirdly, the mask works well on the hair and scalp, but first things first.

Chocolate mask recipe

Henna, which is part of the mask, is famous for its strengthening properties and not only. Cocoa nourishes, moisturizes and regenerates hair well. Kefir, thanks to beneficial bacteria and trace elements, has a beneficial effect on the scalp, helps fight excess oiliness, strengthens hair follicles and helps with hair loss. Essential oils have been used in medicine and cosmetology for over a thousand years.

• 5-6 tablespoons of kefir;
• 1 tablespoon cocoa
• 1 tablespoon colorless henna
• 3-5 drops of lavender essential oil.

The mask is done before washing the hair and the proportions of the mask may vary depending on the length of the hair. Pour cocoa and henna into a glass plate, then add kefir to make it like thick sour cream. Then it is desirable to warm the mixture (in a water bath) and at the end you can add a few drops of essential oil (I chose lavender oil, since it is good for both length and scalp, you can also take orange, ylang-ylang, chamomile, sandalwood).

Apply the mask in a warm form to the scalp, and then distribute it along the length. We wrap the mask with a film and a warm hat or towel, leave it for 1-2 hours, then wash your head with shampoo (2 times) and apply a balm or a purchased mask. I do this mask once a week, rarely twice.

In addition to the fact that the hair smells delicious cocoa after the mask, it is still good:

• nourishes the scalp and hair with useful substances;
• the mask strengthens the hair;
• hair after the mask is soft, does not grow oily faster;
• the mask even helps with the electrification of the hair, in winter after hats I have this;
• hair after the mask has a well-groomed look and natural shine.
